Francis DeMuro, Candidate for Brevard County Judge and Domanique Culpepper, dcPrintz Magazine

Francis DeMuro is a candidate for Brevard County Judge. He and his team will join us to speak about his election – and why it is so important to vote in the local election!  With over thirty years of legal experience, including ten years prosecuting criminal offenses in Brevard County as an Assistant State Attorney, Francis D. DeMuro has the experience to serve as a judge of the Brevard County Court.

Francis was admitted to the Florida Bar in February, 2006, and soon thereafter accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney, a position that he continues to hold. During his tenure as an Assistant State Attorney, Francis has been assigned to various divisions, including Misdemeanor and Felony Trial Divisions, where he has prosecuted misdemeanor and felony criminal offenses. Francis has also served in the Felony Intake Division, where he was responsible for deciding whether to file formal criminal charges on felony cases. At present, Francis is assigned to the Strikeback position, where he prosecutes repeat Domestic Violence offenders for both misdemeanor and felony offenses.

Francis is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Maryland Bar, and the Bars of the United States District Court (Maryland) and the United States Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit. Francis has tried numerous jury trials in various courts, including the Circuit Courts of Maryland, the U.S. District Court (Maryland), and both the County Court and the Circuit Court in Brevard County. He has also tried numerous non-jury trials throughout the State of Maryland and in the Brevard County Court. Francis has also handled appeals in both civil and criminal cases.

Francis is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association and the Vassar B. Carlton American Inn of Court.

Francis has served as a volunteer coach in the Viera/Suntree Little League for many years.

Francis has demonstrated the experience, integrity, temperament, and dedication to serve the citizens of Brevard County as a County Court Judge.

Domanique Culpepper will also join us to speak about her publication,www.dcprintz.com – what got her started, and the vision she has for her magazine. dcPrintz Magazine is a health and beauty magazine that focuses on pharmacy issues, namely pharmacy practice and malpractice, pharmacology-toxicology investigations, and regulation and policy.
