Judge Kelly IngramJudge Ingram has lived in Brevard County for 45 years.  Judge Ingram graduated high school from Cocoa Beach High School and then furthered her education at the University of Central Florida receiving a B.S.B.A. Judge Ingram then received her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida A&M University School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude and ranked in the top 15% of her class.  With the aspiration of becoming a Judge, Judge Ingram worked as an Assistant State Attorney prior to working in private practice.  It was important to her to work as a prosecutor as well as a defense attorney.  Judge Ingram was elected in 2016 by the voters of Brevard County and has presided over criminal and civil cases since.

Judge Ingram is fair, impartial, and unbiased.  She is knowledgeable, yet willing to learn and adapt to changes in the law, policy and procedures.  She understands the importance of listening and the power of effective communication.  She treats every person who appears before the court with dignity and respect.  Most importantly Judge Ingram adheres to the law and makes rulings consistent with the Constitution.

Judge Ingram has been married to her husband Michael for 26 years.  Michael is a retired Navy officer after serving his country for 26 years.  After the Navy Michael worked for Lockheed Martin and has since retired.  Judge Ingram and Michael have one daughter and 3 grandchildren that they enjoy spending all their free time with.

Mr. Koons also serves as “Of Counsel” to the full service law firm of Crutchfield & Pyles, P.A., with offices in Rockledge, Florida, providing service for insurance, commercial business, personal injury, criminal defense, and family law.

Mr. Koons also serves as general counsel to numerous business, and clients on the Space Coast.

Mr. Koons is a retired elected County Judge, and a specially appointed full time Circuit Judge for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, serving Brevard and Seminole County.

Mr. Koons has been awarded the highest attorney rating “AV” for Competence and Ethics by Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, which is the largest and most prestigious guide to the legal profession and has been “AV” rated for 25 years.
