I’m Kendall L. Williams—author, podcast host, speaker, and the unapologetic guide behind Mum’s True Tea.
But first, I’m a mother. One who made the difficult, necessary decision to go no-contact with my youngest son. Not out of anger—but out of self-preservation, peace, and clarity.
I’ve experienced the silent grief of estrangement, the emotional scars of parental abuse, and the deep exhaustion of constantly being the one to fix, forgive, and hold it all together.
And I decided: no more.
Mum’s True Tea was born from that truth. This space is for mothers who are choosing themselves—even when it hurts. Mothers who are setting boundaries, walking away, or healing from the shame others want them to carry.
I’m not here to tell you how to “fix it.” I’m here to walk beside you as you rebuild your life, your worth, and your identity—on your own terms.
Whether your child walked away or you made the choice to step away—this is still your story. You’re still a mother. You’re still worthy of love, support, and healing.
Based in the suburbs of Atlanta, Kendall wears many hats: wife, mom, Nanna, Best Selling Author, CEO of Mum’s True Tea Non-Profit Foundation, Content Creator and Healing Guide. But her journey hasn’t been without its challenges; Diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2022 and currently 1 year in remission, she demonstrates remarkable resilience, grace, compassion, strength and has always turned her pain into purpose.
Kendall embodies authenticity and fearlessness. She is fiercely passionate about cultivating a community where moms can be healed, heard, seen, whole, and empowered.

Leader of the Southwest Florida Solar Initiative to install 1,000 rooftop installations for each of the 10 city region. That is a total of 10,000 installations and it only happens if we work together.
CREW is a renewable energy business connecting homeowners and businesses nation-wide to installers and financing options, creating partnerships and aligning interests to enable all to benefit. Helping to install rooftop solar power decentralizing power production and advancing to the new model.
